Hiya, my name is Leah but you probably know me as Leah.mga on TikTok! I’m a 20 year old international mounted games rider and compete with my 2 lovely ponies Rocket, a 12hh Welsh Section A and Strawberry, a 13.1hh Welsh B part bred. My most favourite achievement in the games world is flying out to America to compete in the international pairs and coming 5th overall! My future goal is to be in all the pairs and individual finals and to make it onto the England team with Strawberry! My mum is the one who got me into horses, I’ve been riding since I was 2 years old and had my riding trot nailed by the time I was 3! My mum knew I was going to take on horses by that achievement and the fact I was so bold as a kid to run backwards and forwards under her horses belly ! I definitely wasn’t following the owning horses 101 manual as a toddler...

LILLY MAE SWEET

I’m Lilly a 21 year old event rider from the South West. I started riding when I was 6 years old. I own 2 horses Molly & Charlie.

Molly was my first horse who I bought when I was 11 years old. She’s a 15.2hh Bay Thoroughbred X Hanoverian Mare who is 25 years old this year. She is the perfect horse, she taught me the ropes and took me to pony club and eventing. She’s the most loving mare, always wants tickles and is very affectionate. She now enjoys a quieter life hacking and being lightly schooled, although she still acts like a 3 year old at times you’d never believe her age!

Charlie is a 16hh Chestnut Thoroughbred Gelding who is 11 years old. I bought him as a 5 year old who had been lightly backed and turned away. He was the perfect project horse for me to produce. He is such a character and loves his work. His favourite discipline is definitely cross country. He has his ears pricked the whole way round the course and will jump anything put in front of him, he absolutely loves it! He’s proven to be such a promising event horse, always placing in the unaffiliated events I’ve taken him to.

So our hope this year is to affiliate at BE90/100. We’re looking forward to getting back out competing and hoping for a longer season than we got last year!

“Hi my name is Connie, I’m a 15 year old rider from mid wales.

I have two horses patch and beauty. Patch is my 10 year old, 16.3 Irish sport horse gelding and beauty is my 8 year old 15.3 appaloosa x sport horse mare. Sadly last year we did not get up too much besides a few showjumping competitions on beauty which went very well placing in many of these !

Due to COVID and restarting patches flat work we did not do as much with him. Our aims for this year are to introduce both my horses to the eventing world and just have fun, hopefully getting out and about and doing a lot more competition’s !

We are so lucky to be able to work with club equestrian and cannot wait for the exciting year ahead !”

Hi my name is Kitty Mainwaring and I am a 15 y/o eventer from Berkshire.

I own a 16.3 gelding called Feel Free Q, or Frippie, who I hope to event to 4* one day. I have been riding for about 8 years but only properly since getting my first pony at the end of 2017.

This year I hope to get our MERs at 90 and 100 ready for novice and hopefully an intermediate next season. I also hope to show jump to 1.10-1.15 and get out to some dressage competitions. This year I would also love to train and compete with the South East u18 squad and hopefully meet some new people! xx

SOPHIE JUDSON

My name is Sophie and I’m a 16 year old rider from England.

My pony Lilly Flight (Lilly) is a 16 year old, 14.1hh Irish sports pony who I have show jumped up to 90cm with!

I got Lilly as a surprise for Christmas 2017 and she is my first pony, she has taught me absolutely loads and really is my best friend. I’ve been around horses from a young age but I’ve only been riding constantly for about 5 years and as I’ve had Lilly for just over 3 of them, she has basically taught me everything!

Hi I’m Imogen King and I’ve been riding for 9 years. I started when I was four at my local riding school before moving to another riding school so I could progress further.

I now have a share horse called Darcy and she is the most kind-hearted mare you’ll ever meet! We love to showjump and we also love our dressage!

We are on my school NSEA team so we should be getting out to some shows soon. I would love to step up to Novice/Elementary dressage with her in the future.
