1. The promoter is: Club Equestrian UK based in Liverpool and is a subsidiary part of Oakes Candles Limited.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland, except employees of Club Equestrian & Oakes Candles Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the entrants.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this brand ambassador search.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. It will be on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook social media platforms for entry. This is not inclusive oh how and where additional links may be shared.

7. This Ambassador search is not affiliated with any social media platform (Instagram.Facebook/TikTok or additional variations/social media platforms)

8.  Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be discounted.

9. If chosen as a brand ambassador you agree to promote Club EQ in return for free merchandise in addition to a brand based commission (non monetary) in which you will then be eligible to receive additional promotional products for your own personal use.

10. As a brand ambassador we will outline details. Once you are chosen you will have an opportunity to accept or decline your  ambassador role.

11. Initial closing date for entrants is 14th February 2021.

12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• Share our brand ambassador search to your instagram stories & tag some friends who may like to be part of the brand search.

• Fill in your entry form below to be in with a chance to be part of Club EQ.

• The promoter Club Equestrian, reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any event deemed necessary.

14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this ambassador role.

 

15. The Ambassadorship is as follows:

There are three categories for brand ambassador:

• Junior 17 & Under

• 17 -25 Category

• 25 + Category

16. Ambassadorship is for benefit in kind ie. clothing or horse products.

• No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

• The ambassador role is not transferable.

• Ambassadors benefits ie clothing are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 

17. Winners will be chosen: 14th February 2021 after careful consideration by Club Equestrian to find the most suitable fit for our ambassadorship.

 

18. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the ambassadorship within 48 hrs of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner

& choose a replacement ambassador.

 

19. Club Equestrian will notify the winner when & arrange where the prize can be collected or delivered to. If delivery is chosen it will be delivered by DPD registered delivery.

 

20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

21 By entering this Ambassadorship, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party under GDPR law or without the entrant’s express prior written consent.

24. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Club Equestrian Uk Subsidiary of Oakes Candles Limited and not to any other party.
